THE LINK TO ‘POPPING POPCORN’  When popcorn is heated, water inside the popcorn turns into steam  The steam molecules bombard the walls of the corn shell creating high pressure and by doing so heating up the starch in the corn to a gelatinous liquid goop  This will result in ‘popping’ of the corn and as soon as the corn pops, the insides of the corn cool down to form what we love to eat
• 5. HOW TO DO IT? Materials -100g of popcorn kernel -a frying pan -a stove -a tsp of olive oil -some aluminum foil Procedure -pour the olive oil into the frying pan -place all of the popcorn kernel into the frying pan and cover the top with the aluminum foil -heat up the frying pan on the stove
