• p12-14 Governance (Bylaws, Constitution, Policies, Meetings)
Review your club’s DCP Report Card
• Visit (http://reports.toastmasters.org/reports_new/dcp.cfm).
• Plug in your Club Number
o If you don’t know your club’s number, find it on your banner or search for your
club on the District 55 website Org Structure / Alignment page
• Study the page to see the requirements, the levels, and how your club is doing.
Review the status of your Club Success Plan (CSP). If you don’t have a written CSP, download
the DCP/CSP document (http://www.toastmasters.org/1111_DCP), meet with your Executive
team, and fill out the pages. It may take more than one meeting.
Read the list of Standards expected of Club Presidents on the Toastmasters International website
President page (http://www.toastmasters.org/whenyouarethepresident.aspx).
Connect with your club’s mentor and/or coach and/or your club’s “elder statesmen.”
Connect with your Area Governor. If you don’t know who your Area Governor is, search for
your club on the District 55 website Org Structure / Alignment page
(http://www.tmd55.org/orgstructure.shtml). Area Governor’s name and email link will be above
your Club’s listing.
