In Ecuador we have a lot of interesting places; specially we are going to know the most important Natural Reserves in this amazing country. JUNGLE Cuyabeno National ParkLocated in Sucumbios province.
Cuyabeno has an abundant aquatic vegetation, also it has aspectacular variety of fauna; as jaguars, monkeys, manatees, dolphins, fisher eagles., among others
Yasuni National ParkYasuni is the largest protected area in Ecuador. Located among Orellana , Pastaza and Napo provinces.The park protects one of the most diverse tree community in the world, with at least 1,813 types of trees and shrub species
Ecuador is considered to be the ninth country in the world in a varietyof mammals, with at least 173, 40% of the species found in the forests of the Amazon
HIGHLAND Cayambe - Coca Ecological Reserve Located among Napo, Imbabura, Pichincha and Sucumbios. Among the most prominent elevations are the Cayambe, Sarahurco, and Reventador a young volcano in constant fumarolic activity.the reserve is one of the largest in Ecuador for biodiversity and houses rainforest in Napo and Sucumbios province
There is interesting wildlife in the reserve for the visitor, including faunasuch as foxes, condor, spectacled bears, deer, armadillos and rabbits.
The flora of the reserve includes primary forest and paramo. There are 900 species of bird found here. The park has more than 50% of allEcuador bird species, making it an excellent location for bird watching.
MINDO – NAMBILLO PROTECTED FORESTIt’s located in Pichincha province, west of Pichincha Volcano.
This forest contains lush vegetation with a variety of species, birds and waterfalls of crystal clear water that feeds the major river systems.
The cloud forest is the ideal for varieties of ferns, bromeliads and orchids.

COAST MACAHALILLA NATIONAL PARKIt is an area with beautiful landscapes, beaches, bays and cliffs. It has an infinite range of marine and terrestrial species.
It Is located southwest of Manabi province It is considered a natural museum of pre- Columbian history of Ecuador and South America.
Here we can find a lot of species of bromelias, orchids and one of the most important; guayacan tree
Also in this place there are a great variety of animals as: monkeys, cuchuchos, armadillos, herons,
It has a great range of marine species as; shark, whales, turtles and a lot fishes, among others.
