LUXE INTERIOR REBRANDS TO LXA Luxe Interior and Warwick Avenue merge to offer unparalleled global experience across design and project management Dubai, UAE, X February 2016: Luxe Interior and Warwick Avenue are delighted to announce the official merger of both interior led companies in the UAE and UK respectively, as “LXA”. Benefiting from years of international interior design experience, project management and development across the two markets, LXA is the result of a re-branding process, undertaken in-step with the growth, diversified project portfolio and enhanced delivery of services offered by both companies. In the Middle East, LXA represents significant growth of Luxe Interior, and reflects a strategy of continued expansion and an expanding portfolio. LXA specifically represents the next step in the continued growth of Luxe Interior, the award-winning commercial interior design consultancy based. The re-brand is visible in a new logo, website and refreshed company vision, with an absolute focus on client care and satisfaction. The new collaborative operation between two markets will open up plentiful opportunities and spread years of experience and creative flair across design and project management. LXA will continue to focus on the hospitality and commercial sector, with a combined wealth of experience across a diverse range of projects for the world’s leading hoteliers and restaurant operators. In the UAE, recent projects have included the design and management of Intersect by Lexus in the DIFC, Al Habtoor City and Jebel Ali Club House in Dubai, and the New York University Campus on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. In the UK, LXA was also in charge of the internationally acclaimed and award winning restaurant Asha’s Manchester – an original UAE born concept that was brought to England, as well as the House of Ho (the former Bam Bou), and Facebook offices. The LXA Dubai team is headed up by Sarah-Jane Grant, David Rooney and Karen Konsal, all highly respected members of both the F&B and hospitality community and the GCC construction industry.
