MEDIAN SALES PRICE
The Median Price for all homes sold in June was $214,000, which is 2% higher than the
median price in May and 19% higher than the median price in June 2014.
The Market Trend Report for June showed a 9% increase in the number of Closed
Transactions over May and a 25% increase over sales in June 2014.
DAYS ON THE MARKET
The average Days on the Market for all homes sold in June was 68. This is 3 days less
than the average in May and 13 days less than the average in June 2014.
MONTHS SUPPLY OF
The number of Months Supply of Inventory at the end of June was 2.1 which is no
change from May and a 25% decrease from June 2014.
The Market Trend Report is distributed each month on or about the 15th.
The Report is based on data provided by Terradatum from the local
Nashville Multiple Listing Service and is not annualized. While MLS and
