To whom this may concern,
I have had the pleasure of supervising Nathaniel, who likes to be called Nate, for over six months in a
Community Services role.
Nathaniel has been very professional and has asked questions to further his knowledge in his role. He is a
courteous young man, punctual, friendly, dedicated and above all, compassionate. He applies his knowledge
in day to day practice and in the time that I have known Nathaniel, the clients have connected with him and
have asked after him. He has the ability to earn and gain trust, not only from clients needing care, but from his
Nathaniel will be sorely missed and many of my colleagues commented on his leave. In our role in community
services, many care service employees come and go, but Nathaniel will be remembered. When he left our
organisation, he sent cards and left gifts, including a dedicated card and tea set for our day centre in which I
supervised him. The clients, myself and all of his colleagues were somehow touched by his enthusiasm and
that will certainly help him with “bed-side” manner in medical roles in the future.
In Nathaniel’s future endevours, I wish him the utmost success and would have no hesitation in recommending
him for any role that he chooses to pursue in the future. He has compassion and academic ability, which is a
great combination in his pursuits.
