Liaison between Customer/Sales/Operations/Inventory/Customer Service/Credit & Collections/Pricing/Vendors. Identified and
implemented numerous best practices including, but not limited to Rush and Stat Order clarification, location setup,par optimization,
employee training, and product identification. Assisted with numerous aspects of the primary supplier switchover for Henry Ford Health
Systems to Cardinal Health as a $65 million annualcustomer.
