Volunteering Projects Abroad, Volunteer English Teacher Galapagos Island July 2015 During my semester break I have spent one month on Isla San Cristobal, Galapagos as a volunteer English teacher. In the mornings I taught grade 4 to grade 12 in the Liceo Naval Galapagos and in the afternoon I worked in the free English schoolof Projects Abroad. The month in the Galapagos has taught me a lot about time management and has improved my abilities to prepare and organize. Department Representative Oxford Brookes, Marketing September 2013-May 2015 As Department representative I had several tasks, including, talking to students about their opinions regarding the University and chairing regular meetings with course representatives in order to resolve anything that may have come up. Furthermore, it entails regular meetings with the head of department as well as the Dean of the Business School to maintain and continuously improve the courses within the department and its academic standards. Moreover, I was member of the Student Council. A group of elected and appointed officers pass policies for the University in order to ensure academic and personal wellbeing of students and staff throughout the University. Brockwood Park School Shop, Manager Hampshire, England September 2010-March 2011  In charge of running the school shop providing bi-weekly supplies to a community of 100 members.  Responsibilities included taking stock of the inventory, ordering new supplies, maintaining the accounts and managing the budget.  Marketed the souvenirs on open days and annual days achieving record sales .
