Overall responsibility for management of a 107 unit Section 8 apartment building.
o Assure compliance with all HUD and CHFA regulations:
Provide necessary reports and certifications. Successfully completed three years of CHFA and
financial audits with no significant findings.
Knowledge and experience in implementing HUD 4350 regulations
Create and issue proper three and ten-day notices for lease and House Rule violations. Trained in
“Right to Cure” procedures. Attend court proceedings, as necessary.
