I run 8 brands/bars for the BIG group. I basically, lead, plan, organize, develop, direct, supervise, and control
the activities of the brand/s within the guidelines of profitability, leadership, growth and discipline wi th direct

management controls of food and beverage with quality services & products.

and responsibility for the management and operation of the Whisky/Cigar Den.
Resolve customer complaints, recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker
performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety, observe and evalua te workers.
Promotion, development and extension of whisky, cigar & wine business at MM, including devising
the business strategy for the business, increasing the revenue and profit of business.
Outsourcing, organizing and coordinating whisky/wine/cigar launches & events with suppliers and
agents to promote & produce marketing for the “Macalister Mansion” on the premises.
Development & management of menus as well as pairings of food and beverages in regards to in-
house “Tasting Menu” & organized whisky tastings.
Tackling the face of competition in Penang, focusing in putting great effort in making our potential
customers to feel that the purchase of a whisky bottle is an “experience”. This is a World apart from
binge drinking. I do this by introducing them to a different way of drinking whisky. It is all about
