• Attending the Assembly and Conference of the International Committee for Human Rights in the
Philippines and their International Solidarity Mission to visit the Alternative Learning Center for
Agriculture and Development for Indigenous students in Mindanao, Philippines.
• Spending two months in Mindanao working with Indigenous communities there and helping to bring
basic medical care to areas that do not have access, including performing basic surgery.
