different facilities fill out forms with specific information of the insurance benefits, also
inbound calls in order to schedule or take new patient information such as lab results,

During my work with Salesforce I achieved moving to different positions within the account, I

managing my own time, I helped giving specific trainings to other agents in order to improve
their knowledge and skills and I ended as supervisor backup managing team information,
