Client: National Glass Factory, KSA Objective of the project was to supply SNG (synthetic natural gas) and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) to plant by two different lines via a single LPG storage tank. Main components of the system comprises of LPG tank (110m3), LPG loading and unloading station, LPG compressor, LPG pumps, LPG electric vaporizers, LPG regulators, LPG/Air mixer, Air compressor and flare stack. Activities include: • Identify the project scope, scope between vendors and packages. • Generate the basis of design for the whole project. • Prepare the design specifications for vendor based on design calculations. • Develop process drawings (PFDs, P&IDs,) based on design standards and contractual requirements.

The objective of the project was to produce required steam for AHU’s, Humidifier, Domestic Hot Water, Sterilization, Kitchen machines and Utilities which will be installed in Boiler Room Building. The system consists steam boilers, hot water boilers, steam header, water softener, chemical dosing system, deaerator tank, blow down tank, lead lag control panel, condensate recovery unit, sample cooler, co2 analyzer, diesel pump, hot water calorifiers, heat exchangers, fuel oil day tank , flow meter, pressure reducing stations and complete piping & installation. Project: Basic Engineering Design for Augmentation of Makori Early Production Facility Client: Schlumberger Objective of the project was to carryout Detail Engineering Design of augment existing Early Production Facility (EPF) to cater addition capacity of 17.82 MMscfd gas and 8210 BOPD from Makori East - 1 Wellhead.   • 3. •DESCON ENGINEERING LIMITED LAHORE, PAKISTAN Process Design Engineer (From Sep 2007 to Feb 2012) Project: Plant Utilities Client: Bosicor Oil Limited (Byco Refinery), Pakistan Byco's operational refinery has a capacity to refine 35,000 barrels a day of crude oil into various saleable components and is expanding it to about 120,000 barrels. The EPC contract of the refinery was awarded to Descon Engineering and the project main system components were HP/ LP Deaerator, Boilers, Steam turbines, HP/LP header, Super heaters, Flash vessel, Feed water pumps, Fuel oil pumps, instrument air system, cooling water system. Project: 30 TPH, 105 Barg, 510 C Heat Recovery Steam Generator Client: Fauji Fertilizer Company FFC is one of the prime fertilizers companies in Pakistan. FFC is a major shareholder in the DAP/Urea production. In 2010 Descon was awarded a project i.e. 30 TPH, 105 Barg, 510 C HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). It was to be installed behind a 13MW turbomach Gas Turbine, utilizing its flue gases to produce steam for process. I worked as a Process design engineer for the complete process design. Beside this I did a lot of projects for different kind of boilers, skids for oil & gas and pressure vessels.
