Techno Commercial Operations
Managing complete purchase of Maintenance Consumables; developing & implementing procurement
strategies including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management,
Ensuring proper operations and maintenance of HV/LV Switchgears, Centralised HVAC System, UPS, Diesel
Generators & Motors, HT & LT Panels, Substations, DGs, Earthing Systems, Internal & External Lightings,
Power Circuits, Emergency Circuits and Utility Equipment.
Performing predictive / breakdown / preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum.
Studying the down time of machines due to major breakdown & finding out the alternative solution to reduce
Preparing maintenance schedules and conducting regular tests to ensure the performance capacity of various
process control equipments.
Proactively identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns through breakdown trend analysis and taking steps to
rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
Increase the life of equipment by adopting Daily equipment maintenance schedule.
Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs with key focus on spares
availability and root cause analysis.
IMS development for maintenance service and repair.
Preparing maintenance plans/schedules for reducing machinery downtime to minimum for ensuring smooth
Undertaking Failure Analysis / Breakdown Analysis of Machinery, Equipments and Utilities.
Maintenance budgeting. Working towards achieving reduction in breakdown frequency by monitoring condition
of Equipment or elements.
Training Maintenance Workmen, Engineers for Restoration Procedures and Parameters setting for Essential
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modification to achieve substantial
reduction in operational work within the budget.

Managing overall activities pertaining to installation and commissioning; developing installing, commissioning
& maintenance of equipment & machines.
Conducting safety committee meeting, preparing conformance reports, and giving safety training, as well as
organizing mock drills.
