· Co-ordinating with RM’s for the Recruitment and closing the requirement with the
· Ensuring that the on-boarding and off-boarding activities are done as per the
requirements of the Project.
· Taking care of Recruitment, Co-ordinating with different managers for different
requirements, skill set, and technology.
· Raising the New access request for the resources that are newly joined to the
project & follow up with the F & S team until the resources get Access to restricted
· The seats are allocated to the newly joined resource through Admin and NCG.
· Swapping the seats of the resources through NCG as per the project needs.
· Swapping the assets as instructed by the Managers. Realising the assets through
NCG. Realising the seats once the resource is Off-boarded.
