I am writing to express interest in applying for the position of
Administrative Assistant as described in your Craigslist ad. I have attached a
cover letter and resume that detail my previous & current work experience,
academic background, as well as references.
Thirst for challenge and new experiences, as well as passion and intrigue
capture my penchant for improvement, pursuit of wisdom, and character make
me an ideal candidate for this position. I put forth an immense amount of drive,
ambition, and integrity in all facets of work and life that differentiates me from
others. Along with being excited to learn new skills, I am also malleable in
adapting quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment without frustration or
uneasiness. It is my prerogative to exude enthusiasm and take pride in
ownership of every task I'm delegated.
As a self-starter, I thrive in settings that demand high quantities of
autonomy, accountability, use of creative and critical thinking skills, and
dedication. On the other hand, working alongside peers gives me a chance to
illustrate other key attributes; such as open-mindedness, compassion,
understanding, humility, and a comprehensive grasp on interpersonal
communication. Both settings, however, afford equal opportunity for me to utilize
aforementioned in previous jobs, through group activities in class settings, and
every day occurrences in the social world.
Lastly, these qualities manifest in my leadership skills, as well as my
problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Earnest resolve in exceeding
expectations and giving more than my best effort in any activity is not only
inherent, but also imperative to me in illustrating my best as both an employee
and a person. It would be an honor to be given the opportunity to demonstrate
the aforementioned as party to my repertoire of unique, well-rounded skill
