NANCY MERCER Page 2 Managed a project to support Neat's launch into the Direct Response TV (DRTV) market with 30 day free trials of Neat products and multiple monthly payment options using the CORESense System.  Documented stakeholder’s requirements for taking orders from Direct Response TV Ads.  Worked with CORESense resources to develop, test and deploy an online store to take orders from TV Ads with multiple payment options (pay total amount after 30-day free trial, make 4 monthly payments after 30-day free trial, pay in full, etc).  Collaborated with CORESense developer’s and a Utah-based call center to import DRTV orders into CORESense.  Directed CORESense developers in making enhancements to allow Neat’s internal sales team to take DRTV orders.  Implemented a work flow process to fulfill orders with free trials and partial payments.  Established, trained and managed a team to capture partial payments and handle order and billing issues including credit card chargebacks. Rolled out a process to submit, track and resolve system issues and requests for minor enhancements relating to Order Entry, Order Processing, Fulfillment, Customer Support and Billing. Provided technical support for marketing promotions including the creation of coupons, management of pricing changes, modification of web stores and building of new landing pages for print ads.
