As part of the Project Planning, execution section, I played a core role;
Project Documentation Management:
Supported development and design of a series of reporting templates and matrix. These

4. Execution Evaluation Surveys.
5. Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Survey.
Actively populated daily field execution challenges tracker for alignment with respective
escalation matrices to respective stakeholder streams.
Proper documentation of performance measures ensured that entire project team of 300+
persons were aligned on daily expectations and projections.
Timely documentation of issues, ensured that respective teams were able to troubleshoot
challenges and realign to project timelines in the field. This enhanced customer satisfaction.
Accurate performance Dashboards enabled team leaders and senior management realign
performance expectations across established KPI’s.
Team leadership and Logistics Support.
I over saw to it that during the Rural Mobile Money Education Campaign the interns allocated to
the different regions were aligned on project expectations by creating clear project briefs ,
processes and reporting templates.
Ensured timely multi regional submission of daily reports and weekly reports on Key
Performance Indicators being monitored.
Cross checked with teams and guided them in ensuring that respective client queries were
resolved. These included SIM Swaps, Pin Resets, and Account Unlocking.
Ensured intern teams were being adequately facilitated with respective Tools of Trade (TOT’s).
This included transportation, data connectivity, accommodation and communication.
The internship team proved a vital human resource that supported cross functional work
