Career Highlights : A successful life journey for over 27 years with Flash Group of companies was
established in year 1985 , had its growth and expansions starting year 2000 in the fields of
“ Tour Operator , Hotels Management and Charter Air Lines “. A Group of companies are
well recognized for their achievements in the Tourism and Hotelier fields which allowed
for the Group to be ranked among the National Top Three tourism companies in Egypt .
Primary recruitment was as a junior accountant for six years when after had been
promoted to the Level of “Financial Controller“ reporting monthly the shareholders with
the Stand alone and the Consolidated Financial Statements showing the analysis ratios on
the activity performance , controlling the Banks Loans as well .
My journey had fulfilled several assignments in Egypt and Abroad “ Italy – Emirates and
Zanzibar ” .

Responsibilities : Supervising and analyzing the monthly reported financial statements to the
shareholders , preparing and controlling the yearly budget , analyzing the
company monthly achieved results , preparing the company consolidated
financials of the main office and its spread branches over Egypt at the
Tourism Destinations . Developing the Bank facilities according to the
changes on requirements providing studies on the forecasted business plan
for discussion . Had also the control on receivables and payables ,
approving the payables contracts before released out to suppliers.
• Euromediterranean Airlines :
A joint venture Egyptian Charter Air Line company was mutually established in Egypt in Sep. 2006 between
Flash company for touristic investments “ and Air Italy Group “ Italian Reputable Air Lines Company “ ,
operation activity started in Apr. 2007 with a Dry Lease contract on Boing 757 – 200 aircraft.

Period Served : Jan 2007 – Feb 2010 when Air Italy had decided to Pull out from the
Egyptian market to focus on their successful operation in Poland .
Responsibilities : Main roll was on applying Air Italy Standards and Requirements in
Accordance with to the corresponding Egyptian Laws on several aspects
such on Employment and with respect to the several Taxes regulations.
1) Administration Manager Responsibilities :
Finalizing the company establishment at the Ministry of Investment . Fully Responsible on the
HR side . Dealing with the Civil Aviation and Airport Authorities .
2) Financial Manager Responsibilities :
Preparing , analyzing and reporting the shareholders with the monthly Financial Statements .
Maintain the required financial reserves for the aircraft periodic maintenance cost coverage .
Reviewing the Clients contracts before released out to them the collections .
• Flash For Touristic Investments :
Is the holding company to the subsidiaries Flash Tour “ Tour Operator “ , Flash International for Hotels and
Resorts Management and three other floating hotels owning companies .

1) Upon Assignment , started the process formation and effectiveness of the subsidiary
companies “ 5 Companies “ shares acquisition by the company ,the usual monthly preparation
and financially analyzing the reported consolidated financial statements of the subsidiaries to
the shareholders . Loans and Lease Finance Bank discussion for best terms and conditions .
2) During the period Feb 2010 – Jan 2011 , The Group had been approached out by Foreign
Investors “ Smith Williamson - England , Carlyle Group -USA “ , and Domestically by “ EFG
Hermes – Egypt “ . I had carried out the responsibility of filling out their queries on the historic
data and the years ahead projections as well .
3) Overseas Missions :
A) (DUBAI ) - Style Tours – Tour Operator was established in Jul . 2011 – May 2013, a Pilot Project
was formed to study the expansion possibility at the Gulf area . Duties filled out on evaluating
the project and creating its back office in Cairo for supervising and controlling the daily
activities during till May 2013 when the shareholders had decided to terminate this project .
That back office was responsible on updating the system with bookings and reservations and
the hotels contracts updates as well , issue/send the invoices to the clients and follow up
collections ,daily payments to suppliers and the monthly preparation of the financial
B) ZANZIBAR - Kiwi Beach Resorts company Jul 2013 – Mar 2014, an ongoing project of the
company for Hotels Management in Africa at the one of the permissible Touristic destinations
on Two Hotels located in the island total 184 Rooms, personally responsible on remote control
over the daily Occupancy calculations , daily receivables and payables follow up , governmental
taxes issues and certainly the monthly financial preparations . My duties had been handled
over to one of my colleagues in order to be full time dedicated to the sister company in Italy .
C) ITALY – Phone and Go , A unique Online Tour Operator Company established in Italy in year
2003, my assignment was to analyze and help with its liquidity problems and organize the
financial aspects , all had been carried out with respect to the Italian regulations during the
period Nov 2013 – Jan 2016.
