Tesco Hindustan Service Centre (HSC) is the global services arm for Tesco worldwide. We function as
the pulse for the Tesco group, providing key business services for Tesco operations globally. The global
service operations of Tesco HSC are involved in creating and executing strategic initiatives for Tesco
retail stores worldwide. The main functionality includes managing operations of the Tesco Retail Chain,
along with providing support to the various teams in Stores, Distribution Centers (DCs), Head Office and

Had the opportunity to set up pilot process in Tesco HSC for Development Programme which involves
commencement of new schemes and managing all below case in points;
• Acquisition – RDG 1/ RDG2 (Initial Design eg: Store Planning, Licensing etc)
• SMG (Store Marketing group) – Meeting conducted between property and the retail team to
organize the store in the best possible.
• RDG 3 / RDG 4 – Retail Design group work on understanding the format of store and
• PAG (Property Acquisition Group) – This group review the expected profit and approved the
scheme to be created as project record.
• IDM (Initial Design Meeting)
• SOS (Start on Site)
• Handover (A week before Store Opening)
• Market launch (Store Opening)
• Analyze the status of the store after 6 weeks of store opening.
CQT (Custer Question Time) – Conduct CQT to check Quality and Quantity of the store.

PROJECT 1: HD Supply, Credit Management (22-OCT- 2007- TO 31-DEC-2008)
HD Supply is one of the largest industrial distributer of construction and maintenance products in the
United States and Canada. It supplies contractor, builders and maintenance professionals
Had the opportunity of dealing with the maintaining of credit and cash accounts of HD Supply customers.
It involves all kinds of maintenance of credit and cash accounts of customer and sub contractors of HD
Supply. It also involves analysis and research of financial and non financial information of various
accounts and updated accordingly into the accounts. I am responsible for maintaining different accounts
and the quality check.
PROJECT 2: HD Supply, Exception & Research handling (1-jan-2009 to 28-feb-2009)
This project deals with Verification and validation of errors. The job involves verification invoices
received from onshore and validating them using process related research tools.
PROJECT 3: FRO–Global Credit Trading, Investment Banking, Deutsche Bank

Risk Analysis and VAR calculation with T+0 risk reporting process which looks into the trades for COB
date (Close of Business) before start of London business for the trades to successfully take place.
