On 27th August 2016, ICICI Bank, a private sector bank of India, hired Mr. Mayank Nayee as
Sales manager for Churchgate branch in Mumbai, India to boost their future growth of sales. He
was initially interviewed and recruited by RSM (regional sales manager) of ICICI bank, Mr.
Sunil S, and he pointed out that Mr. Mayank nayee was highly qualified and ready for action.
Mr. Mayank Nayee’s educational journey started in 2008 when he decided to pursue his career
in the commerce field and completed his bachelor’s in (BMS) Business management studies
with a major in Marketing in 2013 from Mumbai University. In 2014, he finish just one year
from his two years of (MCOM) Masters in Commerce degree program with major in marketing
and grasp the opportunity to study (MIM) Masters of International Marketing from HULT
International Business School in United Sates, Boston.
He gained experience in different organizations with different posts. With his bachelors, he did
three months of two internships from Giriraj Trading Company, by working in the back hand
dispatch department. During his one year of masters in commerce, he worked fulltime as a sales
executive in Kotak Mahindra bank ltd for 1 year, and gained three months of experience in a
telecommunication firm to learn professional pitching on phone. He worked for Bank of
America in the United States for one year with a post of customer service manager.

leadership and event management all he learned from managing his bachelor’s college fests

amount of knowledge in sales, professional pitching style, customer handling, dispatching forms,
conflicts handling, advertising and promotions which all required for the post of perfect sales
Additional skills such as he is well acquainted with Microsoft Office and is fluent in four
different languages such as English and Hindi and other local languages like Marathi & Guajarati
which are highly required for the targeted audience in Mumbai.
His previous Appreciation and rewards made his stand point different. He was appreciated
during the internship in Giriraj Firm for designing the sister and the company’s brand LOGO. He
was rewarded by (ASM) Area Sales Manager for bringing two highly qualified clients within
two months of joining, with worth of rupees forty lacks and thirty lacks respectively. He won the
trophy of best employee service manager for half yearly 2016 in BOA.
He had prepared Black Book of seventy five pages on the project on national agriculture bank
for agriculture and rural development (NABARD) in his bachelor’s degree Programme.
