  • 1. EXPERIENCE THE NAPA VALLEY! Welcome to the Napa Valley, a glorious 30-mile long stretch of California Eden. For your enjoyment, we have compiled a list of some of our favorite activities, destinations, and adventures in the region. Our Guest Services would be pleased to provide you with additional information or make reservations for you. DINING The small town of Yountville is a culinary oasis, with ten superb restaurants (at last count!) and home to more Michelin stars per capita than any other city in the world. Please ask us for recommendations and assistance with reservations. For more casual fare, here are some ideas: Start Your Day The Lodge provides a European-inspired complimentary continental Champagne breakfast every morning. Also the Bouchon Bakery prepares excellent fresh pastries and baked goods, and on Main Street in St. Helena the Model Bakery is a great place for a wide range of savory baked items. Fuel Up The Lodge provides complimentary, freshly brewed Starbucks coffee in the morning. For those who want to savor premium, locally roasted coffee and espresso, Kelly’s Fuel and Provisions serves Sightglass coffee from San Francisco, Bouchon Bakery serves organic Equator Estate Coffee from Marin, and the Yountville Coffee Caboose serves coffee from San Francisco’s Ritual Coffee Roasters. Pack A Picnic The Yountville Deli and Dean & Deluca offer a variety of gourmet offerings. We also enjoy the down-home style delicatessen at Giugni WF & Son Grocery Co. on Main Street in St. Helena. While there, be sure to ask for the famous Giugni Juice on your sandwich! Go Casual Gott’s Roadhouse (known by the locals as Taylor’s Refresher) is a classic drive-in style diner and a St. Helena landmark, whose burgers are so good that Gott’s has been written up in Bon Appetit, Food and Wine and Gourmet magazines. Obey The Sweet Tooth Kollar Chocolates in Yountville welcomes you to watch and learn about quality handmade chocolate with extraordinary detail through a glass show kitchen. Woodhouse Chocolates on Main St. in St. Helena is a family-run business dedicated to a very worthy passion—creating the finest handmade chocolates.
