Content Depot...’MILLIONS OF FILES, ALL IN ONE PLACE”
Content Depot is a highly flexible Digital Asset Management System designed to be easy
to use and install. Built on a Microsoft platform Content Depot provides a low cost,
easily scalable system designed for broadcast, production and post-production
Content Depot can literally be installed and up and running in less than one hour’s time,
replacing the physical storage of your digital assets with a seamless solution for retrieval
Content Depot responds very quickly and effectively to requests, improves workflow,
and can repurpose existing creative assets across multiple projects without reacquiring
the assets. End users save time, money, streamline the creative and distribution processes
and adds value to the services they provide to their customers.
Assets are automatically input through the Content Depot Batch Loader or the Content
Depot Web interface/ingest. Once ingested, the user assigns indexing terms and a
category. Once in Content Depot, an asset can be moved from one category to another
and manipulated in myriad ways.
Content Depot is flexible enough to fit any environment that deals with digital files. The
files can be video, audio, graphic, text, HTML, MS Office documents or others. Any
asset can be ingested, regardless of format then indexed and stored so it is accessible
anywhere on the network that an IP address can reach.
Content Depot provides global reach because it can retrieve digitized assets from any
computer with Internet access, whether PC or Macintosh.
Content Depot is a registered trademark of AdWare Systems, a ValueClick Company
(NASDAQ-VCLK). AdWare has been developing content management strategies and

efforts to develop an affordable, robust digital asset management system using industry
