The main responsibilities of that stage are: Attend AS-IS workshops. Provide & support AS-IS business Processes Documentation. Agree and sign on the Project Preparation Document by ENR project manager.

Business Blueprint where the To-Be business solution to take place across ENR , the solution design is close all the current business gaps and perform the needed business requirements to cover future ENR as previous modules. The main responsibilities of that stage are: Attend TO-BE workshops. Review and sign-off the Process Definition Document (PDD). 3. Realization where to implement business process requirements based on the Blueprint, including configuration, unit test and system integration testing. The main responsibilities of that stage are: Conducting Super User Training. Preparing testing scenarios & scripts. Conducting Unit testing for each SAP function in standalone mode. Conducting System Integration Test. Data Extraction and cleansing. 4. Final Preparation & Training stage where to complete the final preparation, including testing, user training, system management and cutover activities, to finalize the readiness for Production. The main responsibility of that stage is: • Conduct End User Training. • Final Master Data gathering. • Data Migration verification. • Attend knowledge transfer program includes : 1. Human Resources Data Migration. 2. Human Resources High Level Solution Design. 5.
