The National Retail Sales Director will plan and carry out sales activities on retail accounts. Responsibilities include
ensuring customer satisfaction through managing quality control of holiday projects from conception to installation.
This is a highly visible role. The Sales Director will be at the forefront presenting our company and designs to retail
clients. Supported by a best-in-industry creative team and a high-performance production team, this is a fantastic

The National Retail Sales Director will:
Be responsible for initial contact and follow up with new and existing clients.
Conduct store visits and present company products and services to clients.
Source leads through use of all available supply chain channels; cold calling, emails and social media etc.
Be knowledgeable in our pricing process and be able to form quotes from vendors using spreadsheets.
Assist in sourcing new products/materials from new/current domestic and international vendors.
Be required to travel on occasion.
Oversee client distribution process.
Review accounting, CRM system and weekly logs for accuracy.
Maintain contact system, sales activity records and reports.
Actively participate in the installation and takedown season.
Be responsible for representing ACI in outside sales meetings.
Manage the evolution of the creative process for each client.

Knowledge of the sales process:
o Identify new business opportunities, present designs and close business by negotiating and managing a
complex sales cycle.

Strong understanding of the retail industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Be adaptable in a fast paced, goal driven environment.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, in written, verbal and presentation form
Creative understanding to drive projects from conception to completion.
College graduate or similar work experience preferred.
