1. What is Cyberall Group? Cyberall Group is a company located in Sant Cugat del Vallès that dedicates since 2005 to the distribution of electrical and industrial equipment. The 80% of the commerce is focused in industrial and automatization uses and the 60% of the sales are targeting to developing countries. Until now, the buyers of electrical pieces had to contact different distributors to have the products they required to solve their needs. Cyberall Group is one single source, where the clients can find the most important brands of the market in a unique point. In this way, they can consolidate their orders and reduce management and shipping expenses. For being a one single source distributor, the web page of the company becomes the most important tool to work and from which the 80% of the orders come from all over the world. For that reason, Cyberall Group makes a constant effort to improve their web position in google. The clients that visites the page have the possibility to look products of different brands at the same time. The company attends orders by phone, but in much lower amount. Cyberall Group is also proactive in it´s strategy to catch clients, addressing them through mailing campaigns.2. History Cyberall Group started its activities in march of 2005 with an investment of 3.006 Euros. Until july of 2006 it was a home business project developed at nights and during the weekends. From that time, the company started its path in an official way.
Due to his experience in the marketing and sales department of different electrical enterprises, the founder and general director of Cyberall Group, Dangel Salazar, had discovered a niche in developing countries, where the leading time of certain products are too long. The lack of internal agility of the multinationals, that often consolidates their orders in a concrete day and transports the goods by ship, and in addition to the customs costs creates a lot of delays. The solution of this problem was installing the company near of the production centre. In this way, Cyberall Group could have more direct access to the materials that the clients require and send them in a faster way to it destinations to the whole world. Also, the shipping can be more agile if it is send by air. In fact, we are talking about products that have a good weight-cost relation. In this way, sending until 70 kilograms to any part in the world is not so expensive, because it could represent only a 5% or 10% of the total cost of the product. Furthermore, the air customs are more efficient than the maritime. Additionally, express courier service like TNT, UPS or FedEX is used, taking advantage of their know how to send the goods as fast as possible. Thanks to this process, the product could be offered in low lead times. Moreover, Cyberall Group makes an intensive labor bargaining with the supplier’s brands to get better prices. In this way, this enterprise can offer very competitive prices. Another added value is that they always send the technical information with concrete references, so the client knows exactly the material that is gaining. Thus, the returns of the goods are minimized.3. The Market The target is composed in a 70% by distributors of industrial material that buy pieces to resell to the final user and a 20% by industries. To a lesser extent there are machine manufacturers that use electrical or industrial products integrated in the products that they offer. The market of Cyberall Group is focused on South America, Africa and the Middle East. These are the geographic zones where the efforts of mailing, digital media and publicity are directed. However, the C.E.O of Cyberall Group, Dangel Salazar, asseverates that “we can supply orders to anybody situated at any country”.
