A large property management company based in
London has purchased a derelict property in a prime
spot on the Thames in Kingston.They were planning
to turn this into a large hospitality premises housing
around 5 prestigious restaurant and bar chains.
The initial aim was to launch in July 2014, however
the client had not realised the complexity of just
what needed to be done to the infrastructure to get
this premises doing what it needed. After engaging
with Prestige, through a referral, we took this off
their hands and managed the rest, whilst always
liaising with the client of course.
From talking to the restaurants that would be
habiting the building to establish their energy loads
and requirements, through to providing a bespoke
broadband & telecommunications solution to offer
top level customer experience.
Prestige managed all of the end to end process from
infrastructure, meter install, wire and cabling right
through to the end supply contracts.

Prestige were engaged to carry out
a review for a well known London
based restaurant chain. With 11 sites
nationwide as well as franchisees. Upon
our initial discussions it was clear
that the client was in the midsts of an
aggressive expansion plan. With the
primary focus being on site acquisition
and gaining foothold with their
CASE STUDY: Theatre
After being introduced to a prestigious theatre based
in South West London Prestige were asked to carry
out an audit.Upon our initial review it was clear that
the theatre had benefited from using a consultant on
their energy previously. However, a key point was
missed and the Theatre had been paying 20% VAT
on their electricity for the past 6 years! Prestige
were able to identify this and, upon acceptance of
our proposal, claim a full rebate from the energy
supplier.This was in the realms of £33,000 - which
the Theatre can now put to good use.
Not only did we help with the energy but we
were also able to identify considerable flaws in the
telecommunication set up.The services were all with
BT on various contract lengths and with various
call plans. None of which suited the clients needs.
Prestige proposed a bespoke solution to ensure the
Theatre was receiving the utmost service levels -
Telecoms being of prime importance to them and
their customers.Although they were in contract the
savings achievable, along with the considerably more
efficient solution recommended, Prestige were
asked to proceed. A buyout figure was discussed
with BT and agreed by the client. Prestige then
managed the transfer to ensure it went smoothly
and no interruptions were caused.

the entire group together with one
strategy. Again considerably freeing up

The telecommunications set up was
very much a ‘bare minimum’. Prestige
not only provided a like for like solution,
with considerable savings achievable,we
also proposed a ‘hospitality solution’.
From our vast experience in this sector
we were able to inform the client of
what they required for the group as
it grew, meaning the solution in pace
not only serviced their needs for the
present but also the forthcoming years.
Although this cost the client more it
was the option they wanted to pursue
as they saw the benefit this would
bring to the company. Prestige are
now engaged to manage these services
moving forwards.Working closely with
the Operations department to ensure
when and as new sites are purchased,
the utility procurement is managed
efficiently and effectively.
