The novelty is that it is not only a video
counseling but to have a banking operator
available anytime, who thanks to the
Inventia's technology, will be able to
remotely manage each banking-insurance-

becoming a case history at international level
and is having a great success in terms of
performance as well.
And the deposits and withdrawals of cash?
Thanks to the integration of the main ATM
vendors, the operator can manage payments
and cash withdrawals by activating the ATM
